Snapdragon / ARM-Based Windows PCs
If you are using a Windows computer with a Snapdragon (ARM-based) processor, Mackie Windows drivers will not install or function correctly.
Mackie Windows drivers are designed for Intel and AMD (x64) processors.
Windows on ARM cannot run hardware drivers through emulation, so ARM-based systems are not supported at this time.
How to Check Your CPU
Right-click Start → System
Check Processor
If it lists Snapdragon, Qualcomm, or ARM, your system is affected

Use an Intel or AMD-based Windows PC
Use a macOS computer
