Having a valid proof of purchase is essential for a smooth warranty claim process. It serves as official evidence of your transaction and helps us verify product and purchase details quickly.
To avoid delays, please provide an official receipt or tax invoice from a Mackie Authorized Reseller. Use the guide below to see which forms of proof are accepted.
What We Accept
We accept official documentation provided by a Mackie Authorized Reseller that confirms the transaction has been completed.
A receipt is the most common and widely accepted form of proof of purchase.
A valid receipt must clearly include:

Date of Purchase
Items Purchased
Price Paid
Any Taxes or Discounts Applied
Accepted File Formats
We can accept both paper and digital receipts in the following formats:
Photos: JPG, JPEG, HEIC

Amazon Customers
Amazon makes it easy to save your order invoice as a PDF. If you need help, please see this article on downloading your Amazon invoice.
Missing Your Receipt?
If you no longer have access to your proof of purchase, we recommend reaching out to the reseller you purchased from. They can often provide a copy from their records.
What We Do Not Accept
We cannot accept documentation that is editable or does not prove a completed transaction.
The following are not valid proof of purchase:
