- Ensure the Thump212 GO speaker is powered on and within line of sight (~260 m).
- Verify both devices are using Mackie LiveSync™ / RØDE Series IV 2.4 GHz wireless mode.
- If pairing fails, press the mic’s power button once to retry pairing.
- Move the mic and speaker closer and remove any nearby 2.4 GHz interference (Wi-Fi routers, etc.).
- If issues persist, power-cycle both devices and retry.
