Hold the power button on the bottom of the mic for three seconds to power it on.
The LED will flash green while searching for a previously paired speaker.
Once it finds the speaker, the LED turns solid green (Mic 1) or solid blue (Mic 2).
If it continues flashing, press the power button once to make it search again.
