Recording Polyphonic WAV Files
1. Format your SD card or USB drive to FAT32 before inserting it into the DLZ Creator.
2. Open the settings menu and select the Recording/Routing Tab.
3. In the Disk Recording section, choose Multitrack + Stereo.
4. Select MicroSD or USB Drive based on your media. You’re ready to record!
5. Press the record button on the mixer screen to open the recording menu.
6. Tap the REC button to start recording.
7. When done, tap stop.
8. Wait at least 60 seconds after stopping to ensure files are saved properly; otherwise, they may show as “.unfinished.”
Importing & Converting Polyphonic WAV Files with Wave Agent
1. Remove the SD card or USB drive and connect it to your computer.
2. Download Wave Agent from this page.
3. Enter your email and accept the privacy policy to download.
4. Open Wave Agent and drag the “.WAV” file into the window.
5. Your .WAV file will appear as a 14(POLY) file available for Split/Combine.
6. Set the sample rate to 48000.
7. Click “Split/Combine” to access all 14 WAV files.
8. Select Files 1-14 for export.
9. Note: Files 1-12 are mono; Files 13 & 14 are stereo.
10. Choose a destination for the exported WAV files.
11. Click “Process” to export your files, ready for use in any compatible DAW!
